Sriharans Solicitors incorporated Chatwani & Co in November 1989 in which Mr Sriharan was a Partner. The Firm has been hailed as a flagship Immigration lawyers Firm since 1987 with many reported cases in the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords. Throughout the years we have offered multilingual legal advisers to thousands of immigration clients from various ethnic origins and nationalities and continue in this tradition. Sriharans took part in the pilot Fast Track regime in Harmondsworth Detention Centre and Yarlswood Detention Centre when it was launched by the Legal Services Commission and the Home office. The Firm has three accredited supervisors and five level two senior caseworkers accredited in Immigration and Asylum Law by the Legal Services Commission and the Law Society. Since 1987 to date we have provided services under legal aid and are proud to continue to hold a legal aid franchise and a Special Quality Mark awarded by the Legal Services Commission.

Over the years our Conveyancing department has flourished attracting clients from all over the country who continue to place their trust in us. Moreover, in order to assist our established clients we have successfully set up and maintain departments in Family, Civil and Housing Law, on a private fee paying basis.
