Ms. Seema Balasubramanian Sayivilla (Advocate in the Honourable High Court of Kerala, India and Solicitor in England and Wales) BA, LL.B, LL.M

Seema joined the Sriharans legal team. Seema possesses extensive legal knowledge in Civil laws, Criminal Laws and Constitutional Law in the state of Kerala, India.  In the United Kingdom she read post graduate degree in Law and was awarded the LL.M in International Business Law by the University of Northampton. She is also enrolled as a Solicitor in England and Wales. Seema also has been accredited by the Law Society of England and Wales as a Level -2 Senior Caseworker in Immigration Law.

Seema is involved in Immigration, Conveyancing and Family Department of Sriharans. Seema will take an active role in the firm’s expansion plan in Conveyancing since the firm has been awarded CQS recently. The Firm will also enjoy the chances of expanding the horizons in India since Seema has not only been called to the  Bar in the state of Kerala, but also possesses multilingual ability. Seema is fluent in Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi.

Seema is now specialising in the Family Law department since the Legal Service Commission has awarded the Legal Aid Contract for the Firm.
