Sanjendra Vignaraja joined the Firm in 2015 as a part time paralegal and was inducted into the Immigration Department. He assists the Solicitors on Immigration related matters.
Sanjendra was enrolled as an Attorney at Law in the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. He is a Member of the Sri Lankan Bar Association in 2009 and involved in Human Rights violation litigations from 2010 to 2011. Sanjendra also obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Colombo in 2008. He lectured Constitutional Law and Criminal Law at University of Jaffna from 2008 to 2010 and joined American Center for International Labor in 2012 as a Regional Program Officer where he implemented Labour Migration and Anti-Human Trafficking programs in Sri Lankan, India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Maldives until 2015.
He is currently a Chevening Scholar reading for Masters in International Human Rights Law at Queen Mary University of London.
Sanjendra won the best researcher award at the Inter University Moot Court competition in Sri Lanka conducted by the International Committee of Red Cross in 2007. He enjoys traveling overseas, debating on the issues of politics and social justice. He is also a Board member of the Media Company of Kings Revival Church in Sri Lanka.
