THE LAW SOCIETY AWARDS THE PRESTIGIOUS ‘CONVEYANCING QUALITY SCHEME’ MEMBERSHIP TO SRIHARANS SOLICITORS
WE SRIHARANS SOLICITORS are very proud to be amongst the first law firms in the country to secure membership to the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) - the mark of excellence for the home buying process. This will not only improve on our already high standards, but also ensure that our clients receive an outstanding level of quality conveyancing.

WHAT CQS MEANS
The Law Society recently introduced a new Conveyancing Quality Scheme to assist members of the public in choosing a Quality Conveyancing Solicitor. It is intended to create a trusted conveyancing community that will deter fraud, recognise high-quality services for home-buyers and lenders, and deliver a robust assessment and monitoring procedure.
When applying for membership of the CQS we had to satisfy the Law Society on a wide range of issues, which help ensure a high quality service, including:
- The type of conveyancing work done by the firm
- The adequacy of supervision
- The previous level of any complaints and claims history
- The level of qualification and practical experience of partners and staff
- That the firm operates to a high standard of business and financial management
- The adequacy of training and continuous professional development
Buying and selling a home is one of the biggest deals most of us ever make. We want to make it easy for you as we can and we will do all we can to make sure that everything goes smoothly. As a member of the CQS, our Firm has entered into the CQS Client Charter. The Charter tells you what you can expect from us.
